Amit Dand Investment Director, Tano India Advisors Pvt Ltd. Amit was part of the Investment Banking practice at IL&FS Ltd. which was headed by Mr. Hetal Gandhi. During his stint with IL&FS, Amit handled execution of a number of M & A, private equity, fund raising and capital restructuring transactions across various sectors. Before joining IL&FS, Amit was an independent practicing Chartered Accountant, where his areas of specialization included audit, financial diligence, management assurance and direct taxation. By qualification, a Chartered Accountant and a MBA (Fin), his overall experience in the financial services industry spans 7 years.
